  • INHALATION
    		• Abdominal cramps. Dullness. Sweating. Nausea. Vomiting.
    		Local exhaust or breathing protection.
    		Fresh air, rest. Refer for medical attention.
  • SKIN
    		• Redness.
    		Protective gloves.
    		Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap.
  • EYES

    		• Safety goggles,
    		First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
  • INGESTION
    		• Nausea. Vomiting. (see Inhalation).

    		Rinse mouth. Refer for medical attention.
    SPILLAGE DISPOSAL STORAGE PACKAGING & LABELLING
    Dampen spilled material, Sweep spilled substance into containers. then remove to safe place.
    		Do not contaminate water, food or feedstuffs during disposal Separated from strong bases, strong acids, food and feedstuffs. Dry. Well closed.

    PHYSICAL STATE; APPEARANCE:
     WHITE CRYSTALLINE POWDER , WITH CHARACTERISTIC ODOUR.




    CHEMICAL DANGERS:
     The substance decomposes on heating. The substance decomposes on heating or by contact with strong acids and strong bases, producing oxides of nitrogen.

    OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE LIMITS (OELs):
     TLV: 0.84 ppm; 10 mg/m3 (as TWA) (ACGIH 1997).


    		ROUTES OF EXPOSURE:
     The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation and by ingestion.

    INHALATION RISK:
     A harmful contamination of the air will not or will only very slowly be reached on evaporation of this substance at 20░C.

    EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE:
     The substance irritates the skin. Exposure could cause depression of the central nervous system and muscular uncoordination.

    EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM OR REPEATED EXPOSURE:
     Repeated or prolonged contact with skin may cause dermatitis. Repeated or prolonged contact may cause skin sensitization. Human mutation data reported. Also experimental and reproductive effect. May cause heritable genetic damage in humans. Animal tests show that this substance possibly causes malformations in human babies.
